President and Director of Water Resources
M. Jean-Francois (JF) is recognized for his expertise in water resource engineering across Ontario and Quebec. With 40 years of experience in water resource and interdisciplinary projects, JF established his reputation through the development and employment of hydrological and hydraulic models for both private and government clients. JF’s project portfolio includes engineering and multidisciplinary studies involving urban stormwater management, flow monitoring, infiltration-inflow analyses, watershed analysis, water budget analyses, LID design and analysis, flood plain mapping and management, source water protection modelling and surface water model development and calibration. He is regularly retained for advice and input into policy and guideline development, as well as research contributions for projects undertaken by various levels of government. In addition, JF has been an expert legal witness on many occasions.
Senior Engineer and Director
Mr. Hamaï is a hydraulic engineer with over 20 years of experience. He holds a master's degree in civil engineering. He specializes in water resource management, hydraulic studies of watercourses, sewer network master plans, dynamic management of retention structures and pumping stations, as well as surface water management at mining sites.
Since February 2024, Mr. Hamaï has taken on the role of Director of JFSA Québec.

Ms. Cadieux-Auger holds a bachelor's degree in environmental sciences and a master's degree in project management. She possesses multidisciplinary knowledge that provides her with great versatility, allowing her to develop expertise in hydrological and hydraulic studies over nearly 15 years. She oversees the urban hydraulics team and ensures the coordination of its projects.
Ms. Cadieux-Auger was also appointed Deputy Director of JFSA in February 2024.

Mr. Roy holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and has over 40 years of experience and extensive expertise in municipal engineering, particularly in municipal infrastructure. He coordinates and participates in projects related to hydrology and hydraulics, including master plans, overflow management plans, operation and maintenance of stormwater management facilities, and more. He also serves as an expert in legal matters. Additionally, he is an experienced trainer, especially in stormwater management, and provides training in areas such as stormwater management and the maintenance of green infrastructure.
Mr. Huaringa holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and a master's degree in applied sciences. He has also obtained a certificate in data science and machine learning. Eager to enhance his knowledge, he is currently pursuing a certificate in applied artificial intelligence. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Huaringa has a strong interest in research and development, particularly in developing tools for forecasting water levels and flow rates in watercourses. He is also involved in projects related to hydrology, hydraulics, and collection of meteorological data.
River Hydraulics Team Leader
Ms. Pereira holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and has over 10 years of experience in water resource management. She has developed her expertise in urban infrastructure, environmental studies, hydrology, and both urban and river hydraulics. Additionally, Ms. Pereira leads the river hydraulics team and coordinates its projects.

Ms. Dumouchel holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. She has conducted a diverse range of projects, including sewer network master plans, overflow management plans, drainage plans, and legal expertise. She has also coordinated and conducted over 1,500 residential plumbing inspections focusing on identifying illegal connections and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Water Resources Engineer
Mr. Giroux holds a bachelor's degree as well as a master's degree in civil engineering. He specializes in conducting hydrological and hydraulic studies in urban and river environments, particularly in modeling watercourses (1D and 2D) and stormwater and sanitary sewer systems. Mr. Giroux also works on field data collection, such as topographic surveys or flow measurements using ADCP.

Mr. Grenier-Brazeau holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. In addition to participating in various projects in hydrology and hydraulics, Mr. Grenier-Brazeau has specific experience in inspecting municipal stormwater management structures and hydraulic installations.

Ms. Roy holds a bachelor's degree in bioresource engineering, as well as a bachelor's degree in science (pharmacology and biology). She is currently pursuing a master's degree in civil engineering with a focus on water resources, hydraulics, and the environment. She primarily works on hydrological studies and hydraulic modeling.

Mr. Castonguay holds a bachelor's degree in water engineering. He is involved in multiple projects in urban and river hydraulics, focusing particularly on hydraulic and hydrological modeling.

Mr. Sweiss holds a specialized master's degree in water management and has been working as a water resources technician for nearly 15 years. He conducts various field surveys, inspects urban infrastructure and stormwater management facilities, and creates technical drawings. He also has expertise in planning, installing, and maintaining specialized instruments for collecting rain, hydrometric, and meteorological data. Additionally, Mr. Sweiss leads the technical service and ensures the coordination of its projects.
Civil Engineering Technician
Mr. Marris holds a college diploma in Civil Engineering Technology. His work involves conducting technical surveys in the field, creating technical drawings, setting up weather monitoring stations, and analyzing and processing the collected.
Administrative Assistant
Ms. Delisle holds a bachelor's degree in communications and has over 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant. She is responsible for client invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll services, among other duties.
